SUMMARY:
This Project is based according to the policies of European Commission’s LLP, 1720/2006/EC decision which establishes an action in field of Life Long Programme, dated on 15 November, as stated in the chapters 1 and 25. http://ec.europa.eu/education/llp/doc/call09/part2_en.pdf (page 14) - the operational objectives.


CORE SKILLS : A wide variety of skills and qualities used in education, training, work and life.
It is essential to develop the key skills of pupils as well as their skills related to their prosperous occupation. These key skills include team work, planning, problem solving, communication skills, information technology, creativeness, foreign languages, leadership, entrepreneurship abilities.
Besides many countries declare that developing the capacity of entrepreneurship abilities has a high priority for expanding their wage market. Hence EU member countries value the Core Skills as a potential asset to be improved in an advanced level.
In first 18 months of the project aims analyzing the situation of core skills among partner countries as all these skills are directly related with employment – enterprise – business. Last 6 months of the project will focus on the best practices and modelling these practices with different perspectives among the partner countries.

Concrete Objectives of the project

1. The designation of priority of core skills in levels, measuring the worth of core skills in partner countries and what priority is given to them.
2. Designing the implementation of core skills in vocational education systems in partner countries for a better employment among the the vocational school grads.
3. To find how the core skills are gained by the partner countries
4. Modifying the models for best practices in core skills education and characterizing the valuable rapprochement and models.
5. Modelling a constant vocational education strategy with related institutions and their roles in the vocational education to satisfy the needs of partners.
